Dive is all I do

I have asthma, and it scares me to know i’m so far away from oxygen. A lot of people that have scuba dived have told me you don’t feel it but I don’t want to take a chance. What should I do? I am 16 years old.

Last year I underwent surgery to remove a non-malignant brain tumor. Since then I have been doing some of the things I have always dreamed of doing. One of these things is scuba diving. I haven’t talked to my Docs yet about it and was wondering if any of y’all out there have dived with this kind of condition.

There’s a lot of bad press about him, I just hate him cause of the diving thing but what else has he done to have a lotta people hate him? The winking issue thing during the world cup, I think it’s really hard to prove that, what else is there?

My daughter is 15 ,she went to a camp which scuba diving was one of the activities. She was fine the first dive but the next day after the second dive she was very ill with decompression ilness and they had to fly her to the recompression chamber. She was one dive away from finishing her certification and has a year to do it (and she wants to) I admire her bravery but those 2 days were the scariest days of my life. The doctors don’t know what went wrong. She wants to dive I am inclined to say no but how common is decompression ilness if she got it before will she get again. The doctor did not speak english so a lot of my questions went unanswered. I don’t know what to do please help. I want to encourage my daughter to keep trying things even when they go badley but I also want to protect her.
She was with a divemaster followed the chart for maximum bottom time (came up before she hit the maximum) Did a safe controlled ascent *was the last to surface* She is 5′1 why did this happen?
